Better Half is currently in pre-launch. At this stage, the only personal information we collect is your email address when you join our waitlist. This policy reflects that scope. We will update it before we launch the full product, and we will notify waitlist members when we do.

  • Loops (loops.so) — our email platform, which we use to send waitlist confirmations and product updates. Loops' privacy policy is available at loops.so/privacy.

 

Both Wix and Loops are bound by data processing agreements that limit how they may use your information. They may not use your data for their own purposes beyond providing their services to us.

 

We do not share your information with any other third parties. We will not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

 

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or government authority, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Better Half, our users, or others.

We retain your email address for as long as you remain on our waitlist or as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, we will remove your email address from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer.

Better Half is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. We use industry-standard security measures and rely on Wix and Loops, both of which maintain robust security practices, to store and process your email address.
